4. Platform Role and Responsibilities
The Platform serves as a marketplace connecting solution providers and customers. It does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the quality, legality, or suitability of any Solutions offered by solution providers. The Platform is not a party to any contracts or agreements between solution providers and customers.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Solution Providers
Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when offering Solutions on the Platform. Are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the content and Solutions they provide.

5.2 Customers
Must review all relevant information about a Solution before making a purchase. Are responsible for ensuring that any purchased Solution meets their needs and expectations.

6. Payments and Fees
Transactions on the Platform may involve fees, which will be clearly disclosed before a purchase is completed. The Platform may facilitate payment processing through third-party payment processors. The Platform is not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Platform or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of operating the Platform.
